Wanderers of the past

Long time no post. So an image of the past is appropriate, I think.

This was inspired by an old newspaper I saw lying on the street. It had been soaked by rain and then dried up by sun and had now turned in to a wrinkly and moldy mess of shapes and colors (a lot messier than my painting, I couldn't read what once was written on it, and couldn't make out what the photograph once depicted). It was like a physical appearance of the past in the present, a beautiful mess.
